Responsibilities

• Coordinate nationwide operations, ensuring efficient workflows across
Business Development and Customer Support departments.
• Manage financial tasks, including reimbursements, invoicing, payment tracking, and inventory management.
• Handle accounts receivable and payable management, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Support finance team in audits, perform data analysis and maintain optimized inventory.
• Support senior management in data room management, maintaining data records and reporting.
• Serve as the point of contact for company-wide Careem service.
• Collaborate on the design and printing of business and promotional materials.

Skills required

• 1-3 years of professional working experience required
• Should have good command in Accounts, Finance and Admin functions
• Should be familiar with invoicing, account receivable and account payable management
• Should have familiarity with ERP systems
• Have experience working in business operations
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Pro-active, detail oriented, self-starting work approach and must be a team player oriented,
organized and able to multi-task
• Able to work under pressure

 

Education/Eligibility

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Marketing, Management Business Administration,
Engineering. CS/IT or related discipline

 

Training Period

• Selected candidates will undergo extensive training of 2 weeks at Knowledge
Platform’s Islamabad office
