Training & Support Executive

Responsibilities

• Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s product
• Promote the company’s product by addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Ensure targets for deployment of Knowledge Platform’s blended learning solution are met
• Assist teachers to use digital content in conducting lessons in class, and provide
recommendations on best teaching practices
• Provide support and feedback after solution deployment
• Provide training and conduct learning workshops/boot camps
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Devise and present ideas and strategies to improve the support & engagement processes
• Plan and oversee new business development initiatives
• Create reports and plans for the prospective clients.

Skills required

• 01 – 3 years of experience
• Experiencing in marketing & sales will be preferred
• Experience in customer support is a plus
• Strong communication and IT fluency
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Pro-active, self-starting work approach and must be a team player
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task
• Takes initiative and is able to work under pressure
• should be proficient enough in using Microsoft office tools

Education/Eligibility

  • Bachelors/Masters’ degree in Engineering, CS/IT, Education, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Traveling: 70% travel required.
