Knowledge Platform is looking for passionate Green Program Coordinators to join our team. In this role,
you will build strong relationships with stakeholders and lead exciting projects focused on green centers
and sustainability. We seek individuals who are dedicated to environmental sustainability, have a strategic
mindset, and want to excel in business development role. You will work closely with various partners,
including aid agencies, NGOs, embassies, and the development sector. If you are passionate about

Responsibilities
Market Expansion
• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand our green and sustainability initiatives.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
Stakeholder Management
• Engage with potential partners and clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for
collaboration.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and community
organizations.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and the organization to ensure alignment
and successful project execution.
Business Development
• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive market expansion.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reports to potential partners and stakeholders.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s green
and sustainability programs.
Quarterly Reporting
• Prepare and present quarterly reports on the progress and outcomes of business development activities.
• Analyze key performance indicators and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of work experience
Skillset
• Experience in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Experience in stakeholder management and partnership development.
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare detailed reports.
• Knowledge of relevant sustainability standards and regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed to engage with partners
